I have some sad news and some exciting news this week. The bad news is, myself and Dave have to go home, back to Australia this week. The good news is, VoiceBox will continue! We have a great new Australian host for you. Her name is Gabrielle and she even to the same university as Dave. We’re very excited to have her on board and Dave’s been teaching her a lot over the last two weeks.
Dave and I have had a great time here in Mongolia, but unfortunately, it’s time for us to leave. We’ve worked with some great people here and had some great guests, so we’d like to thank everyone who’s helped VoiceBox over the past year. All of the staff at the English for Special Purposes Foundation (ESPF), the Mongolian National Broadcasting (MNB) staff, all of our great guests, everyone who has helped me making exercises and activities for the VoiceBox website and of course all of our fans and viewers out there. You are all wonderful people and we thank you for your support!
As a final treat from the VoiceBox team, I have compiled all the best of this year’s activities and exercises from the VoiceBox website and made them into one handy book, with answers at the back, for all the VoiceBox fans. It should be especially helpful for all you English teachers out there and it’s available right here for free download. Unfortunately, we can’t print and distribute it ourselves, but there are over 50 pages of VoiceBox activities to print in colour or black and white and formated for double sided pages to save space. Print the odd pages first, then put the pages back in facing the correct way and print the even pages on the other side. Good luck!
I’ll also continue to put VoiceBox clips online for you through YouTube, because it’s been so busy that I couldn’t do it earlier. Sorry guys! Thank you all again for your great support of VoiceBox and be sure to keep watching the new episodes! Dave and I will miss you very much. All the best with your English learning.
Dave & Seb
